Our company was originally founded in 2001 as Just Solutions. Our goal was to provide solutions to small and medium sized businesses without all of the run around and double talk that many other IT organisations were providing.

Providing end to end solutions grew into hosting and distributing content for our clients. Once this part of the business started to grow, it became clear that this was an important service for not only our clients but many IT organisations.

Over the years there were many hurtles and problems to overcome as our company grew and grew. This lead to many marketing changes, domain names, and a lot of success and failures. Learning from our failures and building on our success we grew from a small single server hosting company to a global content distributor with international clients and rows of cabinets filled with servers in multiple datacenters.

In 2005 Phlox Incorporated, our parent corporation, was formed as a result of this growth and learned lessons. This name was chosen because it represented our growth and our clients growth. A phlox is a type of flower, and we want to present the image that not only are we growing but also helping our clients grow to meet their goals.

ManagedWay.com was born in 2006 shortly after our final incorporation. We selected this domain to provide a clear representation of the type of service we offer to our clients and the level of support they should expect to receive. ManagedWay is wholly owned by Phlox Incorporated and serves as our client port for all of our on-line services. Several years and tens of thousands of man hours are the result of what you experience from us today through our ManagedWay.com portal.

Being that we have such a wide range of services and long history in the hosting industry, we still have many legacy sites in operation. We still have our original domain name, js-hosting.com and are still continuing to service many of our first clients. We also operate a long list of other domains and services, so if your just being introduced to us as your account is migrated don't fear. We are still the same great company you have depended on for years and that level of service will continue!
